We had an amazing with Russ, Ramil, and Fito. The team was polite, organized and professional. They worked really hard to help us prepare for our move and the price was competitive. I highly recommend them! If I could give 6 stars I would.

Yury and Gena arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and super helpful. The move went very smoothly without any issues. This was my third time using their service, and once again they did an excellent job. They moved me into a temporary home for a few months and then back into my apartment. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again--hopefully not toooo soon though!

If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not hire this company. We hired them for my mom's move, and it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. They are paid by the hour, and it became instantly clear that their entire strategy is to milk the clock for as much money as possible. Zero Sense of Urgency: They showed up an hour late to begin with. Then, instead of getting to work, the crew spent a full hour 'assessing the situation and getting the truck ready.' Painfully Slow Loading: It took three hourly workers nine excruciating hours just to load the van. They moved like they were trudging through wet cement. Paid Lunch on Our Time: After finally loading the truck, they drove off to get food while still on the clock, leaving us waiting at the drop-off destination for over an hour. Brutal Unloading: The drop-off and unload process was just as ridiculously slow as the load-in. They took advantage of my mom, dragged out a basic move into an all-day ordeal, and charged us for every minute they spent slacking off and grabbing lunch. Please save yourself the headache and stay far away from this lazy, unprofessional crew. You've been warned.

I don't typically leave reviews on Yelp but we were so impressed with Pure Moving helping us move to our new home. They are by far the best movers we have had the chance to work with. They did a great job treating our furniture with care and disassembling/re-assembling our belongings!

Fito, Bubakar and their crew helped moved out from downtown SoMA to Dogpatch apartment quickly and professionally!
