Xu's Moving Company

We had a top class experience with Xu's Moving Company's team. The weather was super warm on the day of our move. Yet the crew did an awesome job in a well coordinated way. They were very courteous and friendly. They consulted us when they had questions about specific items. Other than that they were pretty self-directed and independent. They wrapped up all delicate items and were meticulous in their job. They showed up on time. As a team they appeared well organized and in sync between themselves. Their quote also was very competitive. Overall we had a great experience with this company. Thanks to their hard work.

Overall, had an excellent experience with Xu's moving company. The 2 movers showed up on time and worked very efficiently. We had furniture that we were moving out of storage that had some missing parts ... they were able to use some replacement parts from their van and get the job done!

We used Xu's moving a few months ago. They were fast and efficient but just learned that they broke the leg on one of our dressers and instead of letting us know, they screwed two screws into it to 'fix it' and hid their mistake. We learned of the broken leg when we had to reposition the dresser and realized it was broken and not stable. We place our tv on this dresser and it is very unsafe knowing how the dresser has been standing on only 3 legs. Very disappointing.

Ariel the owner was very prompt in messaging and her communication was helpful. I was quoted a fare price. Jerry, who came over to see my space for a time estimate, thought it would be 8 hours, and it was only 6.5. Amazing! The team, headed by Jay, arrived promptly (to the minute!) and started right away. They were fast! And very good with packing and moving our stuff. You have to tell them where to put everything and they know little English, but it was fine. I would use them again any day! I've used Xu's 3 times now, once for myself and my wife and 2 times for my mother. They are always punctual, very kind and courteous to our homes and belongings, and have very fair pricing. We will use them again soon for a move from the Bay Area to San Diego, I don't trust anyone else!
