Straight Shot Plumbing

I've used Straight Shot twice now and couldn't be happier. Recently, a hose bib on my porch sprung a leak at apx. 9:30 p.m. on a Saturday night. Thinking I'd get a voice mail when I called Jesse (owner), surprisingly, he answered the phone. Around 10 p.m., he was at my home, fixing the leak. Talk about service! No grumbling about the lateness of the visit, just work done right. He's my 'go-to' plumber. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. 24/7 service, too!

Jesse has done several plumbing projects for me - from fixing an irrigation leak to replacing an old toilet and showerhead caked with mineral deposits. At a rental property, he replaced an old, failing sewer pipe that was about to burst. He caught the problem before the nightmare of having sewage leaking under our house. We used Leap Frog Plumbing and Absolute Plumbing, and hands down, Jesse's workmanship, pricing, and professionalism is the best around!

I had similar experiences with Notorious M. and Peter B. Jesse was remarkably rude to me. He quoted earlier about $185 to replace a toilet seat and a flush handle. I said it's OK. After he bought the parts from HomeDepot, the price increased to $240. I asked him a few questions and requested a picture of the receipt, he quickly got mad and started yelling F-word at me. He made assumptions that I was not going to pay, and told me never to call him again. To honor his wish, I'll never call him again!

The company name describes them well. We bought a new built home in 2020 & of course somehow our tankless water heater started leaking. Through neighborhood recommendations I found Jesse. Jesse worked honest and explained everything throughout, never lied to us to get more business & honest about what he can and can't do. I saw some reviews about his personality & how he responds.... But I would say he is just STRAIGHT to the point & gets the work done and efficiently. I will highly recommend this plumbing company to anyone and everyone who asks.

I recommend these guys over any other plumbing service. I was stressing out already had one fake plumber come out. These guys came in and assess the problem in less than 15 minutes when it took the other guy three hours and still never figured it out. Please don't use any other plumber! He was reasonable prices and he is very honest would not rip you off.
