I was searching for movers with decent prices, great recent reviews, and customer service that doesn't upsell. Arthur responded to my Yelp inquiries quickly and we exchanged messages. He was up front with the estimated rates for my current move situation. I would have gone with their services if the dates worked out on both our ends. Their five stars are five for a reason.

They tried to disassemble as much as possible to waste time. They even disassembled my expensive Thermador refrigerator. Now we can't put it back perfectly. A refrigerator is not supposed to be disassembled. It was assembled perfectly in store and delivered to home.
