Plumbing Guys came out same-day to address a leaking pressure relief valve in our water heater. They had the parts on hand to make the repair and were in and out in less than an hour. No gimmicks or sales pressure and had reasonable pricing. Would recommend for future jobs.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Jovani from Plumbing Guys. There was a little miscommunication about his arrival time, but once he came, he was very professional and listened to all of our concerns. We had Jovani work on three separate issues during his visit: clearing the kitchen sink drain, which was not draining properly, he then replaced and disposed of an upstairs toilet, and finally replaced the cartridge from a dripping bathtub faucet. Jovani made sure we were satisfied with his work as he addressed each issue along the way. He completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. I would use Plumbing Guys for future plumbing needs.

A tech did come out and take a look not long after I was told one would come out to assess my issue. That's where the good part ends. I was quoted much higher than necessary for the work needed. I was told to snake my drain would be close to $400 and I didn't have a clean out drain needed one installed. Cost would be $1800. I said no thank you to both services and the tech left... I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE WHO TREATS POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS SO HORRIBLY! I've worked in hospitality for years, and this goes against every principle of good customer service. I hope you see this review owner of this company and address this issue.

Jovani repaired a leaking kitchen faucet and low cold water pressure, and flushed my tankless water heater. He was professional and knowledgeable and completely resolved my problems... It was great working with the Plumbing Guys and I highly recommend them.

Manuel did an excellent job repairing my leaking washing machine! He came on short noticed, assessed everything he could even though I could see how tired he was after a long day, and came back the next day rejuvenated and happy to install the new parts to the washer. He even made sure I took photos of the damage, left everything very clean, and ensured that the washer no longer leaked. He's a very nice person and great at his job!
